Having trouble downloading a video?
The video link is not recognized
Copy the link again from the video’s Share menu. Make sure it points to a specific video or Short, rather than a channel, search results, or a playlist page.
A format or quality is missing
Use one of the options the tool actually lists. Not every video offers the same resolution or audio format, and the service may not provide every version.
The download does not start
Check your connection and your browser’s download messages. If a prepared link has expired, submit the video link again. If the tool reports an outage, try again later.
The file is missing or will not play
Check the downloads list and available device storage. Wait until the file finishes saving, then open it in a compatible player. If it is incomplete, try downloading again.
Private, removed, or restricted videos may be unavailable to the download service. Changing the file format will not make an inaccessible video available.

No. Converting audio to another format does not restore detail that is missing from the source. Choose an available format that works with your player; a larger file does not necessarily sound better.
